My intention is to create a safe space where you can access inner resources and increase awareness of your authentic self. As a first-generation immigrant, I bring a multicultural lens to our work together, honoring your multifaceted identities and cultural strengths. Infused with humor and compassion, we will work together to identify and build a personal development toolkit for effective communication in relationships, boundary setting, navigating identity struggles, learned behaviors, intergenerational trauma, and explore agency within your life. My professional experience includes individual and group therapy with adults, both for community health centers and private practice. Prior to earning my Master’s of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University, I held a career in the addictions field for over 7 years where I helped many individuals and families navigate the complexities of addictions.
