Hi there!

Congratulations on taking the first step to your therapeutic journey!

As we know it, life does not come with clear directions or a smooth path. Sometimes we may encounter certain obstacles in our lives that can cause us to have negative emotions. Maybe you might be feeling stuck in life right now or feeling overwhelmed with stressors. Whatever your reason for seeking therapy, I’m glad you’re here.

Beginning the therapeutic journey can be a bit overwhelming at first. That is why when it comes to therapy, I believe the relationship with the client and therapist is important. In our sessions, I strive to build a safe and non-judgmental environment where we can work collaboratively together in your therapeutic journey. My areas of focus are anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and life transitions.

A little bit about me, I was born and raised in Austin. I completed my Master’s in Counseling at St. Edward's University. Some of the things I like to do in my spare time are cooking up delicious meals, roller-skating, and spending time with friends and my dog, Oreo.

If you are interested in learning more about therapy and working with me, please feel free to reach out. Thank you and I look forward to working with you on your therapeutic journey.
