At Therapy Austin we want to help you find counseling options that will work for you—even if that isn’t us. These organizations in the community are able to offer counseling for under $40/session.
Austin Family Institute

Capital Area Counseling
Offers low-cost, sliding scale counseling services with fees ranging from $10-$55.
Mindful Wellness Center of Austin
Offers low-cost, sliding scale counseling services with fees ranging from $30-55.
Open Path Collective
Provides access to reduced fee counseling services with area counselors in private practice. One time membership fee of $69; Session fees range from $30-$60.
YWCA of Austin Counseling and Referral Center
Offers counseling for individuals, couples, and families. Fees range from $35 to $100 per hour, with sliding scale of $10 to $75 per hour based on family income and household dependents. Some programs are free.
