Hi there!

Welcome to my page, and I’m so glad that you are exploring your options for therapy. Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or therapy is something you have done before, this is a space for you to grow, heal, and explore without judgment. Whatever brings you into the door, whether that’s grief, anxiety, relationships, trauma, or you just simply want to discuss life, you will feel affirmed throughout our time together. You will experience trust, establish honest communication, and have fun along the way in the therapeutic process. The most important thing to remember is that you already have the answers and you are the expert in your life, I’m just here to help guide you along the way with curiosity, encouragement, and empathy.

I use an anti-oppressive, anti-racist, intersectional lense in everything that I do, including therapy. I have experience with grief and loss, trauma, relationships, and sexual and domestic violence survivors. My style is person-centered, conversational, trauma-informed and I like to incorporate mindfulness practices as well.

Therapy has been an affirming and wonderful place to grow and heal for me personally, and I know that it will be for you, too.

I grew up in Austin before I left for the Boulder/Denver area to pursue my bachelor’s degree at CU Boulder. From there I earned my Master in Social Work and Master in Legal Studies from University of Denver. I moved to Boise, Idaho with my husband for 2 years, then came back home to Austin earlier this year. It is great to be back in this city. In my free time I enjoy hiking, birding, foraging, and trying new vegan spots around town.

If you are interested in learning more, please reach out to me at 512/201-4501, ext. 278. I look forward to being on this journey with you.
