You may have heard before that an inherent element of life and the human condition is suffering; however, it is these challenges that enable us to grow, reconstruct, and attain our resiliency. Additionally, we can often achieve greater growth and appreciation for life’s grander moments following instances of adversity. You are not isolated in your respective concerns and we human beings experience much struggle in the contemporary world. Whether this is your first time seeking assistance, or you are an experienced individual returning for therapeutic purpose, you have ultimately come to the right place.
My name is Miguel and I am here to assist you in processing, exploring, and building perspective in your therapeutic endeavors. I emphasize the collaborative nature of the therapeutic relationship and provide guidance as necessary for whatever you may be experiencing. I will also work with you to examine thought patterns, behaviors, and various factors of your circumstances that can be contributing to your concerns. My utilization of clinical strategies is broad and flexible, with constant consideration toward your needs and goals. Overall, my primary objective is to provide an outlet so that you may express and work on yourself, from one human being to another, and without judgment.
As for my personal pursuits/interests, music has always provided emotional catharsis in my life. I play the drums, have immense love for animals, enjoy cooking, and I am a huge proponent of the importance of napping.
Any sessions we attend together are moments for you to pursue what aspirations you have for mental health assistance and/or symptom management. You hold the keys to the kingdom! Although I cannot fully encompass everything here, if you’ve enjoyed my ranting please feel free to reach out so that we can work together! If not, I wish you the best in finding a collaborative relationship that will serve you well. Thank you!
