"It's not what happens to us but what we do next that matters"
Are you finding yourself worried all the time? Isolating from others or even feeling down or crying all the time and do not know why? These can be signs of anxiety, depression, or other things that you could be dealing with in your life. I work with people like this and others who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, self-care, boundaries, and much more. When I work with clients I trust that every client has the ability, strength, and skills to overcome any concern they are challenged within their life. I believe that understanding what happened to you will help you understand why you react in a manner that may help you protect yourself. I aim to assist clients of all ages in embarking on their journey of healing and improvement to reach their maximum change. Minority women, teens, and couples are some of my favorite populations to work with. I have worked with veterans, substances abuse, and families just to name a few. In a session with me, I create a safe space to allow you, the client, to explore and progress towards achieving your goals. Your trust to me is super important and we go at your own pace in session. It is my belief to remind you that you are the expert of your life and have the capability to persevere through any challenges that are present in your life. In session you will be provided with support, encouragement, empathy, and much more therapeutic value and support to assist in building your trust as you move towards evolving and healing yourself.
