Supervised by Daniel Brake, LMFT-S
Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Keeley and I’m happy that you’ve made it this far in your search for a therapist. It can seem a bit daunting, huh? Well, take a moment to breathe and congratulate yourself.
Now, let’s do some exploring.
You find yourself having the same argument with your significant other and you’re building up resentments. You have tried making things work, but feel like you haven't been heard or seen. There’s a sense that something has to change. But how?
Perhaps intimacy isn't what it used to be, and you want to reignite that spark. Or maybe you’re questioning the dynamics of your relationship and wanting something different. You have thought about opening up the relationship and wonder where you even begin to have that conversation. Possibly you have and it’s been harder (or more complicated) than you expected. Now what?
Let's talk about it.
I’m a sex therapist that works with individuals, couples, and relationships on communication skills, managing conflict, navigating ethical nonmonogamy, exploring desire discrepancies, increasing overall intimacy and emotional connection. I’m dedicated to making sure you have the space to feel comfortable exploring your authentic self. I’ll empower you to take ownership of your own story and make decisions that make sense for you and your life. Every person has hidden wells of strengths. I can help you identify and build upon yours. Together, we’ll find unique solutions that cater to your needs and wants.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband and two goofball dogs, Winston and Lila. I’m always down to watch a horror movie and watch way too much Netflix. I moved to Austin about 11 years ago and now consider it home.
If it sounds like we would be a good fit, I encourage you to take that next step and reach out. Therapy is a journey with a bunch of ups and downs. I’d be happy and honored to share that journey with you.
