Hello there! Welcome to the first step in the weird and wonderful journey of therapy. Whether it’s your first time or you’re ready to dive back in, I’m glad you’re here.

I believe therapy is a sacred space. It is a time to “turn and face the strange” as David Bowie says. It’s a time to reflect, investigate, and approach the challenges in our lives with honesty and a willingness to grow. My therapeutic approach is warm and curious. I will listen with empathy and compassion so that you feel heard, valued, and supported. I want to provide you with the space and time to explore all of the things we hold to ourselves for fear of judgment or shame. I want you to know that you are not alone. In fact, you are right where you should be and you are enough as you are.

I have worked with folks from all walks of life, but I am always learning and growing. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and culturally sensitive. It is important to me that all people are treated fairly and with respect. I was drawn to this profession because I love hearing people’s stories. We humans are meaning makers, which means that we find our value in life by understanding what we are living for. Together, we will find your meaning, leaving you with an effervescence for self-compassion and resiliency.

I received my master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas and my bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University, which some may say makes me an “AgHorn.” Outside of therapy, I can be found snuggling my pups, reading, being outside, and sharing stories with my beloved community of friends and family.
