Senior Counselor
Specialized in Couples (Gottman)

Welcome. Therapy is a powerful tool of change, and embarking down this journey is intimidating. So whether you are brand new to therapy or starting back in on your work, I’m so glad you are here.

In our therapy, you will find a warm, curious, and authentic counselor. I am wholehearted and ready to meet you wherever you are in your journey. Whether you are struggling with moments from your past, current relationships with yourself and others, or something else altogether. I am compassionate and empathetic. I believe that the relationship we develop together is the foundation for our work. If you don’t feel safe and seen, you will struggle to grow.

I recognize the cultures and systems around us - taking the time to address them from your unique family all the way up to broader beliefs in our society. I take an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and accepting approach.

I practice from a relational lens, meaning we decide what therapy will look like together. My areas of clinical focus include:

-Trauma (family of origin, relational, societal, medical, and more)

-Relationships

-Perfectionism

-Anxiety

When I’m not in the office I enjoy running, reading, and spending time with my dog, family, and friends. I grew up in Austin and am honored to support our mental health community at Therapy Austin. If you are interested in meeting, please click the link below!
