Senior Counselor
Specialized in EMDR

I have faith in people’s ability to change, heal, and make decisions that lead to balance and well-being. In the midst of difficult times, we have the opportunity to change and discover our inner strength, courage, and resiliency. I am passionate about working with you as you navigate life transitions, relationship dynamics, premarital counseling, improving the quality of your relationships with family, friends, coworkers, partners, or marriage, issues with anxiety and depression, caregiving, grief, and loss. When you can commit to your journey towards healing, transformation, and self-discovery, therapy can give you a clear sense of autonomy and self-confidence to lead a life with healthy boundaries and positive balanced relationships. I am currently in my second year of continuing studies at the Bowen Center for the Study of the Family in Washington, D.C., and have been working with a Bowen Family Systems Theory coach doing my own therapeutic work for two years. Through Bowen family systems theory, clients explore the dynamics of their past and present relationships, shedding light on healthier and more authentic ways of being, empowering them to enjoy more meaningful, fulfilling, and enjoyable relationships grounded in shared responsibility. I am prepared to support your growth and transformation through the counseling process.

In my free time, I enjoy making art, gardening, cooking, and working out. I also love learning about different cultures, languages, and foods. If you are interested in working together, you can reach out to me at 512/201-4501, ext. 271.
