Irene Perez, LPC Associate

she/her/hers

Supervised by Dena Roberts, LPC-S

I have faith in people’s ability to change and heal, and make decisions that lead to balance and wellbeing. In the midst of difficult times, we have the opportunity to change and discover our inner strength, courage, and resiliency. I am passionate to work with you as you navigate life transitions, grief and loss, experience marriage conflict, divorce/break ups, trauma, anxiety and depression. I am committed to helping clients with compassion in their journey towards healing, transformation, and self-discovery. Through Bowen family systems theory, clients explore the dynamics of their past and present relationships shedding light into healthier and more authentic ways of being, empowering them to enjoy more meaningful, fulfilling, and enjoyable relationships grounded in shared responsibility. I am prepared to support your growth and transformation through the counseling process.
