“There’s amazing pride in seeing a bee land on a flower you planted – but that’s not your act of creation, it’s your act of joining in.” -Victoria Coren Mitchell

Hello and welcome! First and foremost, I’d like to thank you for making the decision to partner with me in personal growth and healing. While I admire resilience, I also want to recognize all you’ve overcome to arrive at this decision and I commend you on choosing to take time to better yourself. It is truly a privilege to walk alongside you on this journey.

Perhaps you’re on the verge of burnout and have been overwhelmed by the never-ending alterations of life. Or you find yourself floating between fear and focus, constantly feeling like you aren’t doing enough or are enough. Maybe you’ve discovered that you’re ready to step into your role as the leader of your life and require additional support and guidance to do so.

If you can relate to any of these scenarios, then you’re in the right place! Throughout the years, I’ve distinguished myself in cognitive-behavioral, holistic, family system, and person-centered approaches to concerns shared with me in the therapeutic relationship. After completing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I became a Nationally Certified Counselor who thrives off of community stewardship.

On my path toward becoming a better therapist, I immediately recognized the satisfaction I felt in helping clients mentally and emotionally heal while fulfilling the high demand for diverse and inclusive counselors in all sectors. In sessions with me, you can expect to find that your unique and nuanced experience is honored! A consistent delivery of an authentic, non-judgmental, and inviting presence is just my bare minimum.

I look forward to collaborating with you to create a space where you are the expert in your experiences, in a safe environment of open and honest communication.

Let this day mark the beginning of both a transition and elevation toward your prosperity and integral health. I look forward to collaborating with you in life and wellness!
