Callison Keating Therapy Austin

Callison "Cali" Keating, LMSW

Supervised by Mary Beer, LCSW

Sorry! Cali is not accepting new clients at this time.

“Now that you don’t have to be perfect, you can be good.” John Steinbeck

Our culture around work and productivity can leave us feeling isolated, burned out, and struggling to find our worth. My role as a therapist is to join with you where you may feel alone. I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself and others.

My approach is warm, validating, and observant. If you aren’t sure what to talk about in therapy, I will help you connect with what’s underneath the day-to-day conflict. We will process what’s on the surface and what’s been there for a long time.

My background is in mindfulness based treatment for anxiety, depression, and trauma. Some folks feel like their experience isn’t “bad enough” for therapy, but we can process whatever hurts in a non-judgmental space. If you are looking to live more in the moment, bring your best self to your relationships, and grow in self-acceptance, connect with me below to schedule a phone consultation.

People are wired for connection. We can’t do this alone! If you’re thinking about working with me, you may be curious about me as a person. I’m passionate about social justice and advocacy here in Austin. I’m also LGBTQ+ affirming and striving to be an anti-racist clinician. I’m hooked on podcasts and love a good story. I hope I get to hear yours!
